CLS Educate Investigation of Adverse Incidents Masterclass Programme for healthcare professionals and managers has been designed to strengthen and enhance existing organisational skills and expertise in incident investigation. The training is underpinned by a structured and systematic approach to incident investigation which facilitates the identification of key causes, their contributory factors, allowing review teams to construct meaningful recommendations designed to prevent future re-occurrences while ensuring the perspective of the patient/service user and their family is considered.

The Masterclass Programme provides participants with the concepts, tools, and techniques for undertaking a robust incident investigation and in developing, prioritising and quality assuring recommended actions to improve the quality and safety of patient care in your organisation.

The modular approach has been designed to provide organisations with a suite of content which can be adapted to meet their unique learning requirements.

The Masterclass Programme is aimed at professionals and managers who are leading or facilitating investigations and focuses on strengthening and enhancing existing skills and knowledge and is typically delivered over a 2 or 3-day format.
